June 11 - Day at Bryce Canyon

Once again awoke to great weather. Campsite is nicely spread our so super quiet at night, makes sleeping in pretty darn easy.

No daycare for Lu today so she got her "special little pill" that keeps her from missing us too much.

We were super glad to see the Bryce was not super busy so instead of the park shuttle we were able to be chauffeured by the Kriegs!

We did the drive first, stopping at most of the pullout along the way.

This is the view from Rainbow Point looking back on the Bryce Canyon Road that we just travelled. It was super cold...with  questionable weather moving in so we didn't spend too much time here as we had other things planned which would be nicer to do without rain.

We only had one hike planned for today, Queen's Garden/Navajo Combination Loop 4.6 km, straight down and then straight up!

So this is the beautiful sprawling view going down.....

And what goes down...must come up!
And up....
And up!!
And we made it! This is the view from the top looking back down on the trail of many switchbacks!!
Our 5 hour "drugged Doggie limit" was fast approaching so back to the RVs for a cleanup and din dinπŸ»πŸ·πŸ”πŸ¬πŸ«πŸͺ
